Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting.
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes.
Responsibilities include delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care, developing individualized care plans, monitoring and documenting patient conditions in the EMR, educating patients and families, and coordinating care through effective communication and handoffs.
Delegates and supervises care provided by LPNs and unlicensed personnel, participates in quality improvement, and maintains compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS or PALS may be required.
Preferred skills encompass patient assessment, care planning, acute care, patient education, safety, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and physical mobility.
