Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating care effectiveness. Coordinates patient care across departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, aligning with organizational standards.
Responsibilities: Performs duties in line with mission and values, supports various departments such as Behavioral Health, ED, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women’s Health. Flexibly works different shifts with the opportunity to select day or night shifts without weekend or holiday requirements. Maintains required certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and PALS based on specialty. Ensures physical demands like lifting and prolonged standing are met.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, with a current RN license. At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg, or two years for specialty areas. Preferred BSN and Epic experience. Certifications vary by specialty, including BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
