Role: Dedicated Float Pool Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Implement physician orders and deliver nursing interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate patient outcomes to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate treatment.
- Assist with specialized procedures such as cardiac catheterization.
- Coordinate discharge planning and maintain accurate patient records.
- Administer medications and educate patients and families on health management.
- Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active RN license in the state of practice.
- Strong clinical knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and nursing practices.
- Experience in urgent care or ambulatory surgery centers preferred.
- Proficiency in suturing and clinical procedures.
- Familiarity with geriatric care principles a plus.
- Exceptional communication, patient education, and interpersonal skills.
