RN Fellowship – Medical Surgical PCU Rotating

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit provides direct patient care in a technically complex environment, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities: Deliver top-of-scope nursing care, prioritize patient safety and wellness, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications: Graduate from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, and at least 6 months of RN experience. BLS certification is required and must be maintained.

Skills & Key Duties: Demonstrate proficiency in clinical skills, support specialty education and competency validation, and model best practices. Participate in orientation programs rooted in AACN’s ECCO® and evidence-based models.
