Role Overview:
Seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to provide exceptional emergency care in a rural community setting. This role involves working at the top of your license, demonstrating versatility, teamwork, and resilience in a critical access hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivering patient-centered, whole-person care in emergency situations Applying specialized nursing skills to support community health Collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes Maintaining compliance with licensing and certification requirements Participating in ongoing training, including ACLS and PALS certifications Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation from an accredited nursing program Alaska RN license and American Heart Association BLS certification ACLS certification upon hire and PALS within 90 days Minimum of 1 year nursing experience Ability to work variable shifts and handle high-pressure situations Additional Details:
