The Emergency Department (ED) Manager oversees daily operations at a 22-bed Critical Access Hospital in a small West Texas community.
Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, staffing management, and leading quality improvement and safety initiatives.
Qualifications required are a Texas RN license, BLS certification, ACLS and PALS within 3 months, TNCC within 12 months, plus at least 3 years of emergency or critical care clinical experience and 1 year of leadership or charge nurse experience.
