The Supervisor Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) oversees patient care tasks performed by lower-level staff, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and supervising staff to maintain high-quality care and patient safety.
- Coordinating patient care services for seamless delivery and satisfaction.
- Reviewing patient outcomes and care quality metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Providing guidance on patient care decisions to promote optimal outcomes.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) required.
- Minimum of 2 years as a Registered Nurse, including 1 year in a clinical specialty recognized by ANCC or equivalent.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state, with BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider.
