Seeking a passionate Clinic Nurse Supervisor for Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, at dermatology centers in Columbia and Jefferson City.
Lead daily nursing operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Manage staff hiring, orientation, performance reviews, and coaching. Supervise clinical services, support interdisciplinary care, and promote quality improvement initiatives. Handle fiscal operations, including budgeting and resource management. Develop staffing schedules, monitor compliance, and support regulatory standards. Qualifications include RN licensure, 1+ year of experience, and preferred supervisory or clinic setting background.
