Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by collaborating with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key communication link between patients, families, providers, and staff, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist with care planning and deliver care as outlined, using independent judgment.
- Coordinate patient flow, prioritize care, and ensure safety and compliance with policies.
- Advocate for patients, address concerns, and communicate vital information with families and team members.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Valid nursing license and certifications including BLS; multi-state RN license preferred.
