Key responsibilities include
assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care coordinating care activities and prioritizing patient flow serving as an advocate and educator for patients and families participating in performance improvement initiatives and promoting safety and confidentiality mentoring and supporting professional growth of colleagues contributing to a positive work environment aligned with shared governance principles.
Qualifications require
an Associate’s, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred) current RN licensure (multi-state compact or single state) valid BLS certification.
