Role Overview: Provides high-quality nursing care as a frontline member of the patient care team, serving as an intermediary between patients, families, providers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities: Monitors and assesses patient conditions, develops and implements care plans, and documents all care activities. Acts as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, educating patients and families, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Supports performance improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and participating in change efforts. Maintains professional competence through ongoing education, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations. Demonstrates leadership by mentoring colleagues, fostering a positive work environment, and adhering to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Performs other duties as assigned and complies with organizational policies.

Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; valid RN license with multi-state or single-state certification; BLS certification required; prior nursing experience preferred. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills necessary for success.
