Role: Registered Nurse – Central Resource Team.
Responsibilities: Provide professional nursing care in accordance with state laws and hospital policies. Assess patient conditions, recognize changes, plan, evaluate, and monitor care. Record observations and delegate tasks appropriately. Collaborate with team members to meet unit goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or higher in Nursing; Associate Degree with a commitment to obtain a Bachelor’s within five years if applicable.
- 1+ years of RN experience in an inpatient setting.
- Current Illinois RN license, CPR certification, and ACLS within one year of employment.
Key Duties: Employ critical thinking, monitor patients, document observations, and facilitate team collaboration. Duties may vary by unit or shift.
