Qualifications & Skills: Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, current RN license, and at least 1 year of acute care hospital experience. BLS certification is mandatory; case management certification and additional experience in care or utilization management are preferred. Clinical expertise, critical thinking, compassion, and strong communication are essential.
