Qualifications: Requires graduation from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
Key Duties: Provides therapeutic care in a structured environment for individuals with psychiatric illness, behavioral disorders, or substance use disorder. Involves evaluation, education, medication therapy, individual and group therapy, and relapse prevention.
