We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care across diverse patient populations.
Key responsibilities include: developing and evaluating individualized care plans, conducting patient assessments, communicating with patients, families, and the healthcare team, and documenting care activities.
Collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams ensures optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
Providing patient education tailored to cultural and learning needs, supporting professional development of colleagues, and participating in quality improvement and research activities are also essential.
The role may involve assisting technical staff with procedures, monitoring wound/ostomy care, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, active Illinois RN license, ACLS and BLS certifications, with preferred experience in ICU, ER, radiology, or wound/ostomy care. Certifications such as CWON or CWCN are advantageous.
Skills: strong clinical assessment, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, along with basic computer proficiency.
