We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care – Ortho Surgical for a weekend night shift.
Key responsibilities include: performing comprehensive nursing assessments, developing individualized care plans, and delivering patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity.
Partnering with patients and their families through effective communication, documentation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
Engaging in evidence-based practice, research activities, and performance improvement initiatives to enhance care quality.
Supporting team efforts by serving as a mentor, participating in protocols development, and promoting safe practices aligned with organizational standards.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience with completion of an accredited nursing program.
– Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).
– BLS certification required upon hire.
– Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
