Interprets data to determine appropriate diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Collaborates with physicians in managing both acute and long-term patient care. Orders and reviews lab and diagnostic tests, administers medications, and advises patients on health and prevention. Instructs patients and families, maintains records, and communicates test results. Provides triage, manages emergencies, and ensures continuity of care between visits. Participates in professional development, meetings, and committee work while maintaining confidentiality.
