This full-time outpatient role focuses on comprehensive care for adult patients with autoimmune, inflammatory, and musculoskeletal conditions in the Buffalo Southtowns. You will oversee infusion services, collaborate with primary and specialty care teams, and support community health initiatives, especially for underserved populations.
Key responsibilities include patient care, supervision of infusion suites, interdisciplinary collaboration, and patient education.
