Role Overview: The Senior Associate, Revenue Cycle supports healthcare modernization efforts by driving process improvement, operational transformation, and technology-enabled solutions within healthcare organizations.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver results in revenue cycle workstreams, manage associates, and collaborate on process optimization projects. Design and implement efficient business processes using analytics and tools, prepare client materials, and communicate with stakeholders. Utilize AI tools and data analysis for assessments of revenue cycle functions such as billing, denials, and financial clearance.
Qualifications & Skills: Minimum three years of consulting or healthcare industry experience in revenue cycle operations or financial improvement. Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields; proficiency with analytics tools like Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or Data Warehouse. Experience in implementing operational improvements across revenue cycle functions, with solid knowledge of industry KPIs and best practices. Strong client communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills essential.
