Role Overview: This position leads the regional Retirement Operations team to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient administration of retirement programs, including 401(k), nonqualified plans, pension, and stock programs.
Responsibilities: Oversee plan administration, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely filings, participant communications, and effective vendor management. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and improve plan operations, and lead team development through coaching and performance management. Make sound operational decisions, utilizing data to mitigate risks and implement process improvements. Align team efforts with organizational strategies.
Qualifications & Skills: Requires a four-year degree and 7-10 years of experience in retirement benefits, benefits administration, or total rewards, including leadership. Strong knowledge of plan laws, fiduciary concepts, plan design, and vendor systems. Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and project management abilities. Demonstrated ability to work across organizations and influence stakeholders.
