Role: Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) responsible for patient respiratory care assessment, treatment planning, and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans.
- Administer therapeutic modalities such as aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and secretion management.
- Manage and monitor mechanical ventilators and non-invasive devices, ensuring adherence to protocols.
- Provide patient and family education on disease management tailored to age-specific needs.
- Assist with intra-hospital transport, emergency airway management, and invasive procedures like bronchoscopy.
- Conduct arterial blood gas sampling, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with safety standards.
- Serve as Shift Coordinator and preceptor, supporting clinical staff and students.
- Collaborate with medical teams and utilize state-of-the-art equipment for optimal patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program (required).
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
