Role: Respiratory Therapist responsible for patient assessments, care planning, and therapy execution.
Key Duties: Perform routine and advanced respiratory procedures, manage mechanical ventilators, educate patients and families, assist with invasive and non-invasive monitoring, and support intra-hospital patient transport.
Additional Responsibilities: Participate in emergency airway management, assist with bronchoscopy and invasive line placement, serve as shift coordinator after one year, and act as a preceptor for trainees.
Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a specialty training program, minimum of 2 years of related experience, ability to float between multiple hospital locations, and flexibility for day or night shifts.
