Qualifications: graduate of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program; licensed as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in the state; NBRC registered within one year; current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
Skills & Opportunities: autonomy through RT-driven protocols; growth in Pediatric ICU, NICU, and Neonatal Transport; potential to specialize as a Bedside ECMO Specialist.
