Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program; hold Texas Respiratory Care Practitioner and Registered Respiratory Therapist licenses; possess Basic Cardiac Life Support certification; additional NICU-specific certifications like NRP and S.T.A.B.L.E. are preferred.
