Job Summary
Performs respiratory therapy procedures on patients with diverse needs and physical abnormalities.
Responsibilities
- Administers respiratory treatments and therapies as prescribed
- Monitors patient responses and adjusts treatments accordingly
- Assesses patients’ respiratory status and maintains accurate documentation
- Collaborates with healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
- Ensures the safe operation and maintenance of respiratory equipment
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Respiratory Therapist Program
- Bachelor’s degree in respiratory therapy (preferred)

Certification/Licensure
- Respiratory Care Practitioner license from the State of Texas (required)
- Registered Respiratory Therapist License (required)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification (required)
