Role: Advanced Residential Instructor
Responsibilities include:
Providing daily living support to adults with disabilities in a community-based residential setting.
Coaching independent living skills and implementing individualized care and behavior support plans.
Monitoring health and safety, assisting with personal care, and facilitating transportation and community integration.
Documenting progress and communicating effectively with supervisors and clinical staff.
Creating a structured, compassionate, and person-centered environment to help residents achieve their goals.
