Residential Care Associate II provides compassionate, trauma-informed, recovery-oriented support to adults in a behavioral health residential setting. The role assists clients with daily living activities, supports implementation of individualized service plans, and fosters safety, independence, and community integration.
Key duties:
- Monitor and document symptoms and behaviors in accordance with program expectations.
- Assist with and support medication routines.
- Use de-escalation skills to respond effectively during crises.
- Collaborate with clinical and case management teams to support recovery goals.
- Contribute to an inclusive, client-first environment focused on long-term recovery and housing stability.
Qualifications/skills: Demonstrated compassion, strong communication, ability to follow individualized plans, effective crisis de-escalation, attention to safety and documentation, and comfort working in a behavioral health residential setting.
