We are seeking a dedicated Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) physician to join a well-established practice in a collaborative, patient-centric environment.
- Responsibilities include: managing a caseload of 8 to 10 patients daily, participating in a 1:3 call schedule, and providing comprehensive reproductive care.
- Work alongside three physicians and two mid-level providers, supported by dedicated case coordinators and a PA.
- Engage with a diverse patient population, including international and third-party fertility cases.
- Contribute to an integrated center with services like Egg Bank, surrogacy, and two IVF centers.
Qualifications and skills:
- Experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility, with a collaborative attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a diverse, international patient base.
- Fellowship training in REI preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary ranges from $400,000 to $800,000, dependent on experience, with bonus incentives, signing bonus, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, disability, malpractice, retirement, PTO, and CME.
