Nurse Extern (Renal Unit)
Support registered nurses in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to patients with renal conditions.
- Assist with basic patient assessments and monitoring
- Collect and report vital signs under RN supervision
- Help with patient care activities and daily living needs
- Support accurate documentation of observed patient information
- Collaborate with the care team to maintain a respectful, teamwork-focused environment
