Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated physicians licensed in multiple states to provide high-quality virtual healthcare. This role offers flexibility to work from anywhere, focusing on patient assessments, medical treatment, medication prescribing (excluding controlled substances except buprenorphine), and collaboration with healthcare teams. Physicians will maintain thorough medical documentation and stay updated on telehealth advancements, contributing to improved patient outcomes, especially in addiction care and underserved communities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional virtual patient care through assessments and treatment plans
- Order and interpret lab tests to inform treatment decisions
- Prescribe medications and provide expert guidance
- Collaborate with healthcare colleagues for comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Stay current with medical and telehealth innovations
Qualifications & Skills:
- Active medical license in at least three, preferably five, U.S. states
- Experience in telehealth or high-volume clinical settings
- DEA certification and applicable CSL if required
- Strong communication skills and commitment to excellence
- Comfort with telemedicine platforms and EMRs (training provided)
- Willingness to work a minimum of 15 hours weekly, over four days
