Role Overview:
This position involves providing mental health therapy to clients, with a focus on delivering compassionate, effective care. The role offers professional autonomy to set your own schedule and choose between telehealth and in-person sessions, supporting both formats.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct therapy sessions with clients, utilizing a measurement-informed approach to track progress and outcomes.
Uphold shared standards of care by actively engaging clients in clinical measures and reviewing results during sessions.
Participate in case consultations, office hours, and connect with a community of providers for ongoing support and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills:
Licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or LPC in California.
Ability to provide telehealth and/or in-person sessions.
Strong clinical skills, with a commitment to quality care and client progress.
Additional Details:
Work remotely within California.
Support provided includes credentialing, billing, claims, EHR, and technical assistance, allowing focus on clinical work.
