Role Overview: The Relationship Banker serves as a trusted advisor, engaging clients in consultative conversations to understand their financial goals and recommend tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development: Proactively identify client needs, promote deposit accounts, loans, and referrals to other banking services, and support sales goals through personalized advice and regular outreach.
- Client Experience: Deliver exceptional service, efficiently handle transactions, resolve issues promptly, and enhance product knowledge through ongoing training.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Adhere to bank policies, regulations, and internal controls, ensuring ethical conduct and risk mitigation.
- Operational Efficiency: Assist in meetings, support onboarding of new staff, participate in audits, and stay updated on operational procedures.
Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or GED, with 2-5 years of experience as a Universal Banker or Teller. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is preferred. Ability to perform complex tasks, maintain compliance, and provide excellent customer service.
