Registered Nurse (Inpatient Rehabilitation)
Provide evidence-based, patient-centered inpatient rehab care for adult and geriatric patients. Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and update individualized care plans, and administer medications and treatments. Support safe mobility, functional recovery, and overall patient wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Create, implement, and revise care plans based on patient needs
- Administer medications and therapeutic treatments safely
- Promote safe mobility and functional rehabilitation outcomes
- Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, and case managers
- Support discharge planning and provide clear patient/family education
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection-control standards
- Participate in quality and performance improvement initiatives
