Registered Nurse (Rehabilitation)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered rehabilitative nursing care within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team. Support patients in regaining function, independence, and quality of life through evidence-based nursing interventions and coordinated care.
Key Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Educate patients and families to promote understanding and self-management
- Document care, outcomes, and clinical communications per policy
- Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and other team members to coordinate treatment goals
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to deliver rehabilitative care
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient advocacy
- Proficiency with care planning and accurate documentation
- Commitment to continuous professional development and quality outcomes
