Role: PRN Registered Nurse providing high-quality post-acute rehabilitation care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and monitor clinical status to support recovery.
- Administer medications and deliver nursing care for complex conditions.
- Support patients recovering from stroke, brain and spinal cord injury, and other disabling illnesses.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate effective care.
- Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on care, safety, and recovery strategies.
- Maintain compliance with safety procedures and infection control standards.
Qualifications/Skills:
- Current Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage complex patient needs and adapt care plans accordingly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to patient-centered care, safety, and infection prevention.
