Registered Nurse(RN) – Live Well Homecare

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for a long-term care facility.

Lead and support nursing staff to deliver exceptional resident care

Administer medications, conduct assessments, and assist with care planning

Supervise CNAs and coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers

Monitor resident conditions and communicate with care teams and physicians

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high care standards

Qualifications include an active PA RN license or Graduate Nurse certification, BLS certification, and prior skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
