Responsibilities:
- Lead nursing team, administer treatments, monitor responses
- Perform assessments, coordinate admissions/discharges
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication with care teams
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active PA RN license or Graduate Nurse license
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Leadership and communication skills; skilled nursing experience preferred
