As a supervisor, you’ll lead nursing staff, oversee resident care, administer medications, perform assessments, and coordinate admissions and discharges.
Qualifications include an active Pennsylvania RN license or Graduate Nurse (GN), BLS certification, and prior skilled nursing experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.
