Registered Nurse – Unit Manager

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse – Unit Manager to lead nursing operations in a busy healthcare facility.

Supervise nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and coordinate multidisciplinary care plans.

Oversee patient assessments, vital signs monitoring, and accurate documentation using EMR/EHR systems.

Ensure compliance with infection control, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Manage medication administration, IV infusions, and emergency procedures.

Facilitate discharge planning and maintain detailed medical records.

Requirements include supervisory experience, proficiency with EMR/EHR and coding, strong clinical knowledge, and experience with diverse patient populations. Skilled in patient assessments and specialized procedures is preferred.
