Role: Emergency Medicine Nurse in a Level 1 Trauma and Stroke Center, providing compassionate patient care in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, and deliver patient care; coordinate with other departments; evaluate care effectiveness; maintain patient rights and confidentiality; and uphold mission, values, and standards.
Key Duties: Serve a diverse patient population, from minor illnesses to life-threatening conditions, in a fast-paced Emergency Trauma Center with specialized units including pediatric, burn, behavioral health, and trauma services.
Qualifications: Graduate of a state-approved Nursing School; current RN licensure in Missouri; hospital-based experience (preferably in Emergency Department); and certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, ENPC, and TNCC as required.
