Role Overview:
Provides direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards. Promotes patient and family-centered care by educating on illness management, post-treatment needs, and medication administration. Engages in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while participating in professional development. Develops, implements, and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients, considering their preferences, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs. Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, ensuring communication across care continuum. Recognized as a safety-sensitive role, requiring constant alertness and safe work practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate’s Degree, RN license
- Experience: No prior experience required; 2+ years preferred for advanced roles
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
- Skills: Critical assessment, patient education, communication, teamwork

- Monitor patient heart rhythms, communicate with nursing staff, and call codes for lethal rhythms detected
