Provides leadership and supervision for a team of professional and nonprofessional staff to ensure the delivery of quality patient care. Collaborates with management and community agencies to develop and implement agency services, while overseeing staff caseloads, training, and compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and billing regulations. Facilitates team meetings, supports staff development, participates in quality improvement, and handles performance evaluations, including disciplinary actions when necessary. Acts as a backup clinical director and ensures continuity of care. Maintains professional conduct, adheres to policies, and promotes effective communication and teamwork. Offers clinical nursing care as per the Community Health Nurse role.
