Collaborates with management and community agencies to develop and implement services. Manages staff recruitment, onboarding, caseload assignments, and performance evaluations. Ensures compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party billing regulations. Plans team meetings, promotes staff education, and supports ongoing professional development. Serves as backup in leadership roles, participates in quality improvement, and addresses staff performance issues. Performs clinical nursing duties and adheres to professional standards and agency policies.
