Role Overview:
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains patient rights and confidentiality, and performs duties aligned with organizational values and standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate’s, Diploma, or BSN).
– Maintains current RN license and complies with state requirements.
– Certifications: BLS required; others like ACLS, PALS, ENPC, TNCC, and specialty certifications may be necessary based on the unit.
– Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling.
