Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient conditions, recognize deviations, and plan and evaluate care using critical thinking skills.
- Monitor patient progress and record observations.
- Delegate appropriate tasks to staff and collaborate as part of a healthcare team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Associate degree in nursing or higher; BSN required within 5 years.
- Current Illinois RN licensure and CPR certification (BLS).
