Seeking a Registered Nurse for the PM Supervising Nurse role at a long-term care facility specializing in Alzheimer’s, dementia, rehabilitation, and behavioral care.
Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants, oversee direct and indirect resident care, assist with unit management, and respond to emergencies, complaints, and staffing issues.
Take responsibility for facility management in the absence of senior staff.
Require graduation from an accredited nursing program, current WI license, and preferably experience in long-term care or FDD; training provided for motivated applicants.
Schedule: 2:00PM-10:00PM every other weekend; includes night shift requirement.
Compensation: $42.12/hour plus shift differentials and benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, retirement, tuition assistance, and more.
