The RN Supervisor oversees daily nursing activities, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and maintaining high-quality resident care.
Delegates authority and responsibilities to nursing staff. Works in various settings within the facility, responding to interruptions and emergencies. Participates in educational programs and collaborates with staff, residents, families, and external agencies. Requires a nursing degree, active RN license, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Must demonstrate leadership, decision-making, communication skills, and knowledge of healthcare laws and practices. Physical and sensory abilities are necessary to perform job tasks, including lifting and responding to emergency situations. In-person work with a focus on ensuring quality resident care and regulatory compliance.
