Registered Nurse (RN)
Provide compassionate, high-quality bedside nursing care in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting. Assess residents, administer medications and treatments, and manage individualized care plans while maintaining safety, comfort, and dignity. Document clinical care accurately in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Key Responsibilities
- Perform resident assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and coordinate prescribed treatments
- Develop, implement, and update care plans
- Document patient status, interventions, and outcomes in EMR
- Ensure infection control, safety practices, and resident comfort
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Educate residents and families on care and health needs
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills
- Proficiency with EMR documentation
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach
- Ability to lead and support CNA staff
