Role Overview: The Inpatient Registered Nurse provides compassionate, comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting, ensuring safety, satisfaction, and optimal health outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient needs through evaluations and creating individualized care plans
- Addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs
- Administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures in accordance with policies
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Monitoring and revising care plans based on patient responses
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practices
- Engaging in unit-based decision-making and safety programs
Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
