Responsibilities include
supervising the unit establishing policies and procedures mentoring less experienced nurses setting standards of care reviewing resident records and quality of care monitoring overall care and individual cases addressing resident and family questions or complaints maintaining medical supplies representing the unit to upper management.
Requirements:
minimum 3 years of long-term care experience at least 1 year as a Unit Manager valid RN license basic computer skills strong communication skills.
